POET has recently overhauled its language to be more accessible and impactful.
This includes the development of our ‘Turning Learning Inside Out’ tagline. Our branding needs to be updated to reflect this new approachable language and style of communication.
Creating a ‘Turning Learning Inside Out’ logo and associated brand illustrations adds vitality and interest to our branding, reflecting modern youth trends.
By incorporating our ‘Turning Learning Inside Out’ tagline into an illustrative brand element, we allow for
more expression and connection.
This illustration can be customised to include various themes and colours that align with POET, our cultural connections and reference those that support our work.
We’ve intentionally chosen a colour palette that connects with our values and the communities we serve.
The blues and greens reflect nature. To bring energy and a youthful vibrancy, we’ve added pop colours—yellow and red. Red honors Te Reo Māori, symbolising the cultural connections we seek to foster.
These colours can be used flexibly in our illustrative elements, allowing for a wide range of expressions.
Our illustrative brand elements allow flexibility and can be deconstructed for various applications.
Our illustrative style brings a fresh and unique aesthetic that fits the youthful demographic we support.
Our colour palette provides excellent versatility when it comes to designing t-shirt combinations. This enables our designs to appeal to diverse style preferences, from more subdued earth tones to vibrant, attention-grabbing combinations—all while maintaining a cohesive brand look.
When sponsors see that an organisation’s brand is attractive and relevant to its demographic, they are more confident that their association will yield positive results.
By incorporating sponsor support into custom illustrations, we offer businesses something more than traditional recognition; whether used for apparel or other applications, the illustrations offer sponsors a highly creative and engaging way to be recognised.
By adapting our illustrations onto paddles, we create a unique way to promote both our brand and our sponsors.
For sponsors, being featured on a piece of equipment like a paddle offers a dynamic, highly visible form of recognition, especially in active, outdoor settings where the paddles will be used. It links their business to outdoor adventure, youth engagement, and environmental stewardship—all positive associations that enhance their brand image.
